Pumpkin Beer Floats

It's decided: love it or hate it - this #ThirstyThursday drink is a modern classic in a Pumpkin-Spice world.



Just look at that creamy, frothy foam. With liberal scoops of vanilla ice cream and topped off with our new pumpkin beverage of choice - this is definitely the perfect end cap to cozy fall meal.


There are many, many pumpkin beers and ales on the market - we went with the Post Road Pumpkin Ale from The Brooklyn Brewery and found that it worked like a dream. Give it a shot, and let us know what you think!



Pumpkin Beer Float

Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 5 Minutes


INGREDIENTS

2 Bottles of Pumpkin Ale, we used The Brooklyn Brewery's Post Road Pumpkin Ale

Vanilla Ice Cream



DIRECTIONS

1. Scoop desired amount of vanilla ice cream into glasses (we were pretty liberal with the ice cream). Pour pumpkin ale slowly over the top. Drink responsibly!
