This fizzy pink cocktail is an absolute joy - grapefruit juice is mixed with vibrant pomegranate juice and cut with sweet champagne so you get a bit of tart from the fruit and a little bit of sweetness (not too much) to round it out.

Grapefruit-Pomegranate Cocktail

Servings: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Grapefruit Juice

1-2 tablespoons Pomegranate Juice (to taste)

Champagne to fill up the glass

Fresh Grapefruit Slice, for garnish

DIY Skewer, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. In a champagne flute, add the grapefruit and pomegranate juices. Add champagne to fill up the glass. Serve with a fresh grapefruit slice and a DIY Skewer if you'd like.
