Steps: |
| -Place the cream in a metal bowl. Chill the cream, bowl and mixer beaters in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes prior to whipping the cream. |
| -When the cream is very chilled, whip on low until bubbles form. |
| -Increase the speed of the mixer to high and beat until the cream doubles in volume and peaks form. |
| -At the very end, add in the vanilla and sugar for flavoring. |
