Ingredients:
1 cup(s) heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
Steps:
-Place the cream in a metal bowl. Chill the cream, bowl and mixer beaters in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes prior to whipping the cream.
-When the cream is very chilled, whip on low until bubbles form.
-Increase the speed of the mixer to high and beat until the cream doubles in volume and peaks form.
-At the very end, add in the vanilla and sugar for flavoring.
