Steps: |
| -Soak the plank from 2 hours to overnight. |
| -Heat the gas grill to medium high or a charcoal grill to white coals. |
| -Mix the ginger juice, soy sauce, lemon and honey together; whisk in the oil. |
| -Marinate the salmon fillets for 1-6 hours. |
| -Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it come to room temperature before cooking. |
| -Place the plank on the grill for approximately 5 minutes until dried out. |
| -Sprinkle the top of the plank with kosher salt and set the salmon on top. |
| -Place a lemon slice on each piece and lightly sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
| -Place the cover on the grill and cook the salmon (untouched) for 15-30 minutes depending on the grill. |
| -Remove the salmon at the desired temperature, medium rare is ideal. |
| -The salmon will start to flake when it's ready. |
