Steps: |
| -Sift together the flours. |
| -Cut the butter into the flour into large 1 inch pieces. |
| -Add the salt to the water until dissolved. |
| -Add the salted water to the flour and butter. Mix just until the water absorbs. |
| -Pat the dough into a rectangle, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. |
| -Dust a clean work surface lightly with flour. Roll the dough into a rectangle. |
| -Fold the dough 3 to 4 times into a four-fold. If the room is warm, refrigerate between folds. (Learn How) |
