1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract - or Almond Extract
Steps:
-Mix all ingredients well.
-Divide into shallow bowls.
-Color with your choice of food colorings.
-Dip the face of the cookie into the icing.
-Hold the cookie over the bowl to let the excess icing drip.
-Place the cookie on a flat surface or wire rack to dry completely.
