Steps: |
| -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. |
| -Lay all of the bottom pieces of the baguettes out on a sheet pan. |
| -Whisk together the Dijon, honey and apple cider vinegar. |
| -Spread some of the Dijon mixture on the bottom pieces of bread. |
| -Place 4 oz. of ham on each of the bottoms. |
| -Top the ham with the apple slices. |
| -Place the brie slices on top of the apples. |
| -Place the top pieces on the sheet pan with the stacked bottoms (not on top). |
| -Bake the sandwiches until the brie melts (10-15 minutes). |
| -Spread the remaining Dijon mixture on the top slices |
| -Place the top on the bottom and slice in half. |
