How To Cook Ham and Brie Sandwich   Comment On This Recipe
Ingredients:
2 baguettes - cut in half and sliced lengthwise
1/3 cup(s) Dijon mustard
1/3 cup(s) honey
1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
1 pound ham (fully cooked) - sliced
1 apple - cored and sliced into rings
1 pound Brie - sliced into 8 pieces
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
-Lay all of the bottom pieces of the baguettes out on a sheet pan.
-Whisk together the Dijon, honey and apple cider vinegar.
-Spread some of the Dijon mixture on the bottom pieces of bread.
-Place 4 oz. of ham on each of the bottoms.
-Top the ham with the apple slices.
-Place the brie slices on top of the apples.
-Place the top pieces on the sheet pan with the stacked bottoms (not on top).
-Bake the sandwiches until the brie melts (10-15 minutes).
-Spread the remaining Dijon mixture on the top slices
-Place the top on the bottom and slice in half.
