Steps: |
| -Place the ham, orange juice and water into a slow cooker. |
| -Let the ham rest for at least 20 minutes before serving. |
| -Turn the heat up to high or 350 degrees until the liquid starts to simmer. |
| -Turn the heat down to low and let it cook (lid on) for 3 hours. |
| -Mix the preserves, horseradish and sugar together in a small saucepan and heat to combine. |
| -Score the ham in a diamond pattern and pour half of the glaze over the ham. |
| -Continue to cook for another two hours. Baste with the glaze every half hour. |
| -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. |
| -Place the ham in a roasting pan and top with the remaining glaze. |
| -Bake for 30-40 minutes until the ham is 140 degrees. |
| -Cover with a loose tent of foil. |
