Ingredients:
1 large egg white
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar (powdered)
Steps:
-Beat the lemon juice and egg white together with an electric mixer.
-Add the sugar and beat until you achieve a nice, smooth frosting.
-If the icing is too thin, add more powdered sugar (1 tablespoon at a time).
-Divide and add food coloring, if desired.
-Use immediately or it will harden. Cover if not planning on using right away.
