Steps: |
| -Beat the lemon juice and egg white together with an electric mixer. |
| -Add the sugar and beat until you achieve a nice, smooth frosting. |
| -If the icing is too thin, add more powdered sugar (1 tablespoon at a time). |
| -Divide and add food coloring, if desired. |
| -Use immediately or it will harden. Cover if not planning on using right away. |
