This a super fast, no-bake, cookie that will be well received by everyone. | Ingredients: | | 1 cup(s) heavy cream - plus 2 Tbl. | | 1/4 cup(s) butter (unsalted) | | 12 ounce chocolate chips (semi-sweet) | | 5 ounce chocolate chips (milk) | | 1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract | | 2 cup(s) cashews - finely chopped | |
Steps: | | -Bring the cream and butter to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir to combine. | | -Pull the pan off of the heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla; stir well. | | -The mixture should be creamy and smooth. | | -Pour the mixture into a shallow casserole dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours. | | -The candy will be firm enough to roll into balls. | | -Form into 1-inch balls and roll in the the cashews. | | -Keep in a container in the refrigerator. |
