This a super fast, no-bake, cookie that will be well received by everyone.
Ingredients:
1 cup(s) heavy cream - plus 2 Tbl.
1/4 cup(s) butter (unsalted)
12 ounce chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
5 ounce chocolate chips (milk)
1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
2 cup(s) cashews - finely chopped
Steps:
-Bring the cream and butter to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir to combine.
-Pull the pan off of the heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla; stir well.
-The mixture should be creamy and smooth.
-Pour the mixture into a shallow casserole dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
-The candy will be firm enough to roll into balls.
-Form into 1-inch balls and roll in the the cashews.
-Keep in a container in the refrigerator.
