Steps: | | -Section the grapefruit into a small bowl and set aside. | | -Add 1/4 cup of the grapefruit juice to a bowl large enough to accommodate all of the salad ingredients. | | -Add the vinegar, dijon and the honey; whisk in the oil to emulsify. | | -Add the avocado to the vinaigrette and stir to coat. | | -Add the lobster meat and grapefruit, and gently toss to coat with vinaigrette.
