How To Cook Chile Vinaigrette   Comment On This Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup(s) orange juice - reserve 1/2 tsp. of zest
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice - reserve 1/2 tsp. of zest
1/2 tablespoon(s) coriander seeds - toasted and ground
1/2 tablespoon(s) cumin seeds - toasted and ground
2 tablespoon(s) chipotles in adobo
1 tablespoon(s) honey
1 1/2 cup(s) olive oil blend
1/4 cup(s) cilantro leaves
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
Steps:
-Place all of the ingredients (including the zest) except for the oil, seasoning and cilantro leaves into a blender or bowl.
-Either slowly drizzle the oil into the blender while it is on, or whisk the oil in to emulsify.
-Add the cilantro and taste for seasoning at the end.
