Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the bacon on a sheet pan until crisp; drain off on paper towels. |
| -Place lettuce on the bottom of a large salad bowl. |
| -Layer radishes, scallions, celery, bacon and peas on salad greens. |
| -Spread mayonnaise over bacon and peas, covering the top completely and sealing to edge of bowl. |
| -Sprinkle with cheese. |
| -Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. (no longer than 12 hours) |
| -If desired, toss just before serving. |
| -Store covered in refrigerator. |
