Allow 2 hours to refrigerate.
Ingredients:
6 cup(s) lettuce (iceburg) - chopped or torn
8 medium radishes - thinly sliced
5 medium scallions - thinly sliced
2 medium celery stalks - thinly sliced
12 slices bacon - cooked crispy and crumbled
10 ounce peas - fresh or frozen and thawed
1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese - grated
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the bacon on a sheet pan until crisp; drain off on paper towels.
-Place lettuce on the bottom of a large salad bowl.
-Layer radishes, scallions, celery, bacon and peas on salad greens.
-Spread mayonnaise over bacon and peas, covering the top completely and sealing to edge of bowl.
-Sprinkle with cheese.
-Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. (no longer than 12 hours)
-If desired, toss just before serving.
-Store covered in refrigerator.
