1/2 cup(s) red wine vinegar
1 cup(s) olive oil blend
1/2 teaspoon(s) red chile flakes - ground
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
2 tablespoon(s) chives - finely chopped
2 tablespoon(s) basil - finely chopped
Steps:
-Stir the tomatoes, garlic, shallots, and vinegar together in a medium bowl. (For a creamier vinaigrette, process in a blender)
-Quickly whisk in the oil while pouring in a slow and steady stream. Whisk feverishly until emulsified.
-Add the chile flakes and season to taste. Add the herbs and combine.
