Steps: | | -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | | -In a large bowl, combine egg, sugar, vanilla, zest, rhubarb, berries and 2 tablespoons flour. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. | | -Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and butter with a pastry blender until pea-sized clumps form; sprinkle over pie. | | -Bake pie for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30-40 minutes until bubbly. |
