Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup(s) sugar (granulated)
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon(s) orange zest
1 cup(s) rhubarb - diced
1 cup(s) blueberries - rinsed
2 tablespoon(s) flour (all-purpose)
3/4 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/3 cup(s) butter - softened
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-In a large bowl, combine egg, sugar, vanilla, zest, rhubarb, berries and 2 tablespoons flour. Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
-Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and butter with a pastry blender until pea-sized clumps form; sprinkle over pie.
-Bake pie for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
