Steps: |
| -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and fill a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin cups. |
| -In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients. |
| -In a medium bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together. |
| -Make a well in the center of the dry mixture, add the milk mixture and stir to combine. |
| -Stir in the chocolate chips, and spoon mixture evenly into the prepared cups. |
| -Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean form the center. |
| -Remove the muffin pan and place on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes. |
| -Remove muffins from pan and continue to let cool completely. |
