Ingredients:
2 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
1/3 cup(s) brown sugar (light) - packed
1/3 cup(s) sugar (granulated)
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
2/3 cup(s) milk (whole)
1/2 cup(s) butter - melted and cooled
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 package chocolate chips (semi-sweet) - 11.5-oz.
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and fill a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin cups.
-In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
-In a medium bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.
-Make a well in the center of the dry mixture, add the milk mixture and stir to combine.
-Stir in the chocolate chips, and spoon mixture evenly into the prepared cups.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean form the center.
-Remove the muffin pan and place on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes.
-Remove muffins from pan and continue to let cool completely.
