Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter
6 cup(s) berries
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup(s) milk (whole)
1/4 cup(s) brandy
1 teaspoon(s) orange zest
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon (ground)
1/3 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
1/2 cup(s) sugar (granulated)
1 pinch salt (iodized)
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, and butter a round or oval 2-qt. baking dish.
-Evenly place berries on the bottom of the baking dish; set aside.
-In a medium bowl, whip the eggs, milk and Brandy until blended.
-Add the zest, cinnamon, flour, sugar and salt. Mix well.
-Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the berries. At least 1/4-inch of the berries should still be exposed.
-Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden; let cool for 15 minutes.
