Steps: |
| -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, and butter a round or oval 2-qt. baking dish. |
| -Evenly place berries on the bottom of the baking dish; set aside. |
| -In a medium bowl, whip the eggs, milk and Brandy until blended. |
| -Add the zest, cinnamon, flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. |
| -Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the berries. At least 1/4-inch of the berries should still be exposed. |
| -Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden; let cool for 15 minutes. |
