Steps: |
| -Bring water to a boil in a gallon stock pot. Cook the pasta and drain; reserve a 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. |
| -Do not rinse the pasta. Add a little oil to coat and toss. |
| -Meanwhile, heat a large saute pan to medium and then add the remaining oil. |
| -Add the garlic and slowly toast until it just turns golden. Immediately add the chile flakes, lemon juice and reserved liquid. |
| -Add the pasta to the saute pan with the Parmesan, and toss. |
| -Season to taste. |
| -Serve immediately. |
