6 large eggs
1 tablespoon(s) salt
Steps:
-Fill a medium sauce pan 2/3rds full of water. Place the eggs in the water, and make sure there is an inch of water over the eggs.
-Add salt to the water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
-Once the water is boiling, remove the pan from the heat, cover and let sit for exactly 10 minutes.
-Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of ice water.
-Transfer the eggs to the ice water and let cool for 5 minutes before peeling.
