Steps: |
| -Fill a medium sauce pan 2/3rds full of water. Place the eggs in the water, and make sure there is an inch of water over the eggs. |
| -Add salt to the water, and bring to a boil over high heat. |
| -Once the water is boiling, remove the pan from the heat, cover and let sit for exactly 10 minutes. |
| -Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of ice water. |
| -Transfer the eggs to the ice water and let cool for 5 minutes before peeling. |
