8 ounce clams - drained and minced (reserve liquid)
2 scallions - thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) clam juice - (reserved from clams)
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice - (fresh)
1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Steps:
-Fry bacon over medium heat in a small saute pan; transfer to a paper towel.
-In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients together; add bacon when cool.
-Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
