Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves - peeled (Learn How)
1/2 teaspoon(s) red chile flakes
2 tablespoon(s) sugar (brown)
1 tablespoon(s) honey
1/4 cup(s) lime juice - fresh
1/4 cup(s) fish sauce
1/4 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
Steps:
-Mash the garlic and chile flakes to a paste in a mortar and pestle.
-Add the sugar, honey and lime juice. Mix to combine and transfer into a bowl.
-Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix.
-Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with grated carrots, if desired.
