Steps: |
| -Heat a 2-quart pot to medium and add the oil. Add the rice and stir to coat; slowly toast. |
| -Reduce the heat to low and stir the rice until it begins to crackle and smell aromatic, 2-3 minutes. |
| -Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. |
| -Cover, reduce the heat to low and cook without stirring for 30-35 minutes. |
| -Rice should be cooked but not mushy; remove the bouquet garni and serve. |
