Steps: | | -Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. | | -Method #1: Over low heat, bring to just below a simmer for 45 minutes until garlic is soft and white. | | -Method #2: Cover the saucepan with foil and bake the garlic in a 200 degree oven for an hour. | | -Store the garlic in the oil.
