Steps: |
| -Place the stewed tomatoes in a blender or food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Set aside. |
| -Heat a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat and add the olive oil. |
| -Add diced onions and cook for 5-8 minutes until they start becoming soft and opaque. |
| -Add garlic and heat for 30 seconds. |
| -Add all seasoning and stir until evenly coating the onions and garlic. |
| -Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Stir until well combined. |
| -Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour, uncovered. |
