Steps: |
| -In medium saucepan, over medium heat, cook garlic with the oil for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. |
| -Add the tomatoes with their pure?, chiptotles, adobo sauce and stock. Bring to a boil. |
| -Reduce the heat and simmer rapidly until lightly thickened, 6-8 minutes. |
| -Add the chicken and cook until hot, stirring frequently. |
| -Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. |
| -Divide the chips into four bowls, top with chicken mixture and sauce. |
| -Top with sour cream and crumbled feta. |
