1 pineapple - Cored, peeled and diced
1/2 cup(s) sugar
Steps:
-Heat the butter in a nonstick pan over high heat.
-Coat the pineapple with sugar and place in the hot pan.
-Cook, turning once and shaking the pan until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
-Remove the pineapple.
-Stir 3 tablespoons of water into the pan and heat slightly.
-Drizzle sauce over pineapple.
