Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter a 9 x 9-inch pan. |
| -Peel, core and slice the fruit. Arrange in pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. |
| -In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt. |
| -Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. |
| -Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. |
| -Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is browned. |
