Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)

3/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/3 teaspoon(s) shortening
1 cup(s) milk (whole) - 105-115 degrees
Steps:
-In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
-With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
-Add the milk and incorporate.
-Transfer dough to a clean surface and knead about 3 minutes.
-Divide dough into 10 equal portions.
-Roll each portion into about an 8-inch circle. Roll on both sides.
-Heat a skillet to medium heat and cook tortillas until lightly browned on both sides.
-Stack together wrapped in a tea towel until served.
