Ingredients:
1 cup(s) whole wheat flour
1 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
1 pinch cinnamon (ground)
1 egg - beaten
3/4 cup(s) milk (whole)
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
1/4 cup(s) honey
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-In a large bowl, mix flours, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; make a well in the center.
-In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, oil and honey.
-Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
-Butter a 12-cup muffin pan and spoon mixture evenly into cups, about two-thirds full.
-Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
-Remove muffins from pan immediately and cool on a wire rack.
