Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter (unsalted) - softened
2 1/2 cup(s) sugar (powdered)
8 ounce chocolate (unsweetened) - finely grated
2 ounce chocolate (semi-sweet) - finely grated (or sweet cocoa powder)
Steps:
-Mix butter, sugar and chocolate in a medium bowl. (You can use a spoon at first, but it will be easiest with your hands)
-Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
-Roll the balls in the semi-sweet chocolate.
-Place on parchment paper and allow 30 minutes for these to sit before eating.
