Steps:
-Boil the sugar and water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan until the mixture reaches 240 degrees.
-Meanwhile, beat the egg yolk well in a small bowl.
-Slowly pour the sugar mixture over the egg yolk, beating constantly.
-Beat in bits of the butter until incorporated.
-Fold in melted chocolate until incorporated. Continue beating until frosting is spreadable.
