Steps: |
| -In a large bowl, beat the milk, butter and egg lightly. |
| -Mix in the remaining ingredients. Thin the batter by adding more milk, as needed. |
| -Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat. |
| -Melt a small tab of butter in the bottom of the pan. Ladle in a portion of the pancake batter. |
| -Cook the pancakes until they are full of bubbles on top and the bottom is browned slightly. Turn to brown the other side. |
