Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) milk (whole)
2 tablespoon(s) butter - melted
1 egg
1 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
Steps:
-In a large bowl, beat the milk, butter and egg lightly.
-Mix in the remaining ingredients. Thin the batter by adding more milk, as needed.
-Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
-Melt a small tab of butter in the bottom of the pan. Ladle in a portion of the pancake batter.
-Cook the pancakes until they are full of bubbles on top and the bottom is browned slightly. Turn to brown the other side.
