Steps: |
| -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and grease a 8-inch iron skillet or baking dish. |
| -In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. |
| -Whisk the buttermilk, eggs and honey together in a separate bowl. |
| -Whisk the melted butter into the wet ingredients. |
| -Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to just combine. Pour into the greased pan. |
| -Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. |
| -Cool on a wire rack. |
