Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 425 degrees. |
| -Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl. |
| -Work in 4 tablespoons of butter with your fingers or a pastry blender until mixture looks like a coarse meal. |
| -Add the eggs and cream; stir until blended. |
| -Sprinkle extra flour on a board and place dough onto it. |
| -Knead flour for about a minute. |
| -Pat the dough about 3/4-inch thick and cut into wedges. |
| -Lightly butter a cookie sheet and place wedges on it. |
| -Bake on 425 degrees for 15 minutes. |
You can add dried fruit, nuts or chocolate chips to these. Serve with jam. |
