Ingredients:
3 bananas - ripe, mashed
2 eggs - well beaten
2 cup(s) flour
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 cup(s) walnuts - coarsely chopped
1/2 tablespoon(s) butter
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl.
-Stir in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
-Blend in walnuts.
-Butter an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan and pour mixture into it.
-Bake for 1 hour, remove from pan a cool on rack.
