Place this rub on beef, game and tuna when you normally season your protein before cooking.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) fennel seeds
1/4 cup(s) coriander seeds
1/4 cup(s) black peppercorns
1/4 cup(s) salt (sea salt)
Steps:
-Toast the seeds separately in a skillet over medium heat.
-Constantly shake the pan to evenly toast the seeds.
-They will give off an aroma when they are ready.
-Set them to the side to cool.
-Once they are cool, place them in a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder.
-Grind with the peppercorns and then the salt.
