Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon (ground)
1 teaspoon(s) ginger (ground)
1/2 cup(s) honey
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 cup(s) milk (whole)
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
-Add remaining ingredients and beat with a stand mixer for 20 minutes.
-Butter an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan, and spoon mixture into it.
-Bake on 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
