Ingredients:
2 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar (dark)
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
1 egg
1 cup(s) milk (whole)
2 tablespoon(s) butter - melted
1/2 cup(s) nuts - chopped
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
-Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Add egg, milk and melted butter and stir until blended well.
-Add the nuts.
-Spoon in the pan and bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
-Remove from pan and set on cooling rack.
