Ingredients:
1 cup(s) almonds (blanched) - toasted to golden
3 cup(s) grapes (green) - stemmed and trimmed
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) Sherry vinegar
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 pinch red chile flakes - ground
1 pinch salt and pepper
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toast the almonds for approximately 8 minutes.
-Place the grapes, lemon juice and sherry vinegar in a blender. Pulse to combine.
-Add the almonds and puree until a paste is formed. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
-Season to taste.
