Steps: |
| -Be sure to rinse and drain the peas well. Place the peas into a food processor. |
| -Add the tahini, garlic, lemon juice and seasoning. |
| -Turn the processor on and let all of the ingredients come together into a paste. |
| -Slowly drizzle in the olive oil through the chute in the lid. |
| -Check the seasoning and serve warm or cold. |
