Ingredients:
3 cup(s) sugar snap peas - trimmed
1 tablespoon(s) butter - melted
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
2 tablespoon(s) sliced almonds - toasted
Steps:
-Boil snap peas for 2 minutes; remove from water and reserve 1 tablespoon of cooking liquid.
-In a medium bowl, mix reserved liquid, butter and zest; toss in snap peas.
-Season to taste, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
