Steps: |
| -Prepare grill to medium-high heat. |
| -Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat, remove vegetables and reserve liquid. |
| -Grill the bell pepper and onions for 7 minutes on each side or until tender. |
| -Grill the zucchini for 3 minutes on each side. |
| -Hollow out the bottom half of the ciabatta, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell. |
| -Layer grilled vegetables, greens, cheese, and basil in bottom loaf. |
| -Drizzle the reserved liquid on top, cover with top half of bread. |
| -Lightly press together. |
| -Carefully place the full loaf on grill rack, grill 4 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. |
| -Cut into 4 pieces. |
