Steps: |
| -Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. |
| -Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl except for the coconut, apricots and raisins. |
| -Divide the granola mixture between two 1-inch sheet pans. |
| -Bake the granola for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. |
| -Then stir in the coconut, apricots and raisins. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Make sure the coconut does not burn. |
| -To cool, line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Empty the granola out onto the parchment. |
| -After cooling, this can be kept out in a container for 2 weeks or frozen for 2 months. |
