Ingredients:
1 cup(s) Ricotta cheese
1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese - grated
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese (grated)
10 ounce - pizza dough
1 cup(s) basil - thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) shallot - thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) spinach - chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) red chile flakes
1 pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) oregano - chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic - minced
1 cup(s) plum tomatoes - thinly sliced
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
-Combine the cheeses in a medium bowl.
-Roll pizza dough into 16-inch round and place on a pizza pan.
-Spread cheese mixture onto dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
-Sprinkle with the basil, shallot, spinach, chile, pepper, oregano and garlic. Arrange the tomato slices in a single layer around the top.
-Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
-Place on a cutting board and cut into 8 slices.
