Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
| -Butter a 9 x 9-inch pan. |
| -Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. |
| -Combine yogurt, banana, oil, egg and vanilla in a medium bowl. |
| -Gently stir dry ingredients into yogurt mixture just until blended. Do not overmix. |
| -Spread batter into buttered pan. |
| -Bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until cake begins to pull from the sides. |
| -Cool cake for 10 minutes in pan, turn out onto rack and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. |
