Steps: |
| -Remove sausage from casing. Brown in a medium saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. |
| -Drain on paper towels, wipe pan clean, and return sausage crumbles to pan. |
| -Add stock, tomatoes, oregano, and garlic. Bring to a boil over high heat. |
| -Reduce heat to medium-high and add pasta; simmer until pasta is done. |
| -Remove from heat. Serve with cheese and basil as garnish. |
8 ounces of sausage is about 2 links. My favorite combination is with one hot link and one sweet link. |
