Flank steak is recommended for this recipe, but any cut will do. Vary the marinating time.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) lime juice - fresh
1/4 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) Sambal
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) ginger - peeled and minced (Learn How)
2 tablespoon(s) scallions - minced
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil blend
Steps:
-Mix all of the ingredients together.
-Marinate your favorite cut of steak for 30 minutes to overnight depending on thickness of cut.
-Drain as much of the marinade off as possible before grilling your steak.
-Additional seasoning is not needed because of the soy and chili sauce in the marinade.
-Grill over medium flame to prevent the brown sugar from burning.
Use for chicken and shrimp as well.
