Ingredients: | | 1/4 cup(s) orange juice - fresh | | 1/4 cup(s) grapefruit juice - fresh | | 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice - fresh | | 2 tablespoon(s) honey | | 3 garlic cloves - peeled and minced (Learn How) | | 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce | | 1 pinch red chile flakes - ground | | 1/4 cup(s) cilantro - chopped | | 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil | | 1 1/2 pound shrimp - (16/20) peeled, deveined, tail on (Learn How) | |
Steps: | | -Combine all of the ingredients, except for the shrimp, together in a bowl for the marinade; add the shrimp. | | -Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Marinating longer than 2 hours and will cause the shrimp to start to cook. | | -If using smaller shrimp, marinate for less time for this same reason. | | -Heat the grill. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until they curl up. | | -If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water before placing shrimp on them. |
