Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) orange juice - fresh
1/4 cup(s) grapefruit juice - fresh
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice - fresh
2 tablespoon(s) honey
3 garlic cloves - peeled and minced (Learn How)
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 pinch red chile flakes - ground
1/4 cup(s) cilantro - chopped
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 1/2 pound shrimp - (16/20) peeled, deveined, tail on (Learn How)
Steps:
-Combine all of the ingredients, except for the shrimp, together in a bowl for the marinade; add the shrimp.
-Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Marinating longer than 2 hours and will cause the shrimp to start to cook.
-If using smaller shrimp, marinate for less time for this same reason.
-Heat the grill. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until they curl up.
-If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water before placing shrimp on them.
