Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) lime juice - fresh
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) paprika - mild
2 teaspoon(s) salt (sea salt)
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
4 cup(s) peanuts - dry-roasted, unsalted
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 250?.
-In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, paprika, salt and cayenne.
-Toss peanuts into the mixture and coat evenly.
-Spread peanuts in a sheet pan and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes on 250? until coating is dry.
-Let cool.
