Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
-Butter a loaf pan.
-Whisk flours, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
-In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk and egg.
-Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture until dough forms.
